Lovely Branch: I sprayed the entire surface with Tattered Leather Glimmer Mist, let dry and then covered just the hearts with liquid glue. I then added brown Sugar Coating from Doodlebug to create a dense sparkle effect. I cut the branch apart and added smaller pieces to my layout.
Hearts Boarder & the Angelic Wings: I punched out the hearts from the border strip and used it as a mask for the edge of my layout. I used three of the hearts to the right of my photo and left these raw. For the wings I rubbed ink in Vintage Photo over the entire surface to get a dark color effect. I did the same for the heart using Rusty Hinge.
Baby & Fairy: I have left these two shapes raw except the star on the fairy's wand which is covered in stickles to give it a little sparkle. I love the raw look of the chipboard and felt it looked best this way on this particular layout.
