Thankful: I embossed the shape with clear embossing powder to create a
glossy surface. I did this so that I could then apply alcohol inks
without it soaking into the chipboard. It also allows me to get the
best color from the alcohol inks. I used 3 different colors on this
shape to get the desired look, Butterscotch, Raisin & Copper.
Arachnid- I painted black and uses Diamond Glaze to give it an epoxy finish.
Witch- This shape is glimmer misted with "cinder" from Tattered Angels. Bling was then added for her hat
Spooky- This shape was painted black then I quickly went over it with
Americana paints "camel" and "burnt sienna" to create wisps of paint
across the shape. Once that was dry I stamped over the entire shape
with a script stamp and black ink.
Eerie enclosure- I embossed the fence with black embossing powder.
Bats- I painted black and then sprayed a large amount of "peach delight" glimmer mist from Tattered Angels over the whole shape and let dry over night.
